It’s a 32 story Office Tower, with 3 lower floors as Commercial at basement 1, Ground and Mezzanine floor.In addition to the main entrance of tower, it has a separate entrance lobby for V.I.P guest.The building external façade is in glass and composite Aluminum cladding, with maximum glazing on north side having splendid view of the Arabian Sea. The wide area in front of the Complex is extensively landscaped.
